Every floor gets mechanically diamond-ground to an open concrete profile before anything is applied. It’s slower, dustier and the single biggest reason a floor lasts fifteen years instead of peeling in two.

Free on-site estimate
We measure, check the slab for moisture and cracks, and lay out real flake and color samples in your space so you can see them in your own light.
Diamond grind & repair
Old coating comes off, the slab gets ground to profile with dust-contained equipment, and cracks, pits and control joints get filled.
Basecoat, broadcast, topcoat
Basecoat goes down, flake is broadcast to rejection where the system calls for it, then it’s scraped back and locked in under a clear topcoat.
Walk-through & cure schedule
We walk the finished floor with you, hand over the written cure times and care instructions, and haul every bit of our mess out with us.

Questions we get on almost every estimate.
How long does an epoxy floor last?
That depends almost entirely on the preparation underneath it. A floor that was ground back to sound concrete, with the cracks repaired before coating, outlasts one that was rolled over a dirty slab by years. It is why our quotes always price the prep as part of the job rather than as an option.
Can you coat over an existing epoxy or paint?
Usually we remove it. Whatever failed the first time is still under there, and a new coating bonded to a failing one fails on the same schedule. Our prep and removal service exists for exactly this.
Will you coat a garage floor with cracks in it?
Yes. Cracks, spalling and pitting are patched during prep. What we will tell you honestly is when a slab has moved enough that a coating is not the right answer — an overlay hides a bad slab for a season, and we would rather not sell you that.
Do you work on commercial floors as well as garages?
Both. The same systems go into shops, warehouses and showrooms as into home garages, which is why a residential floor from us is rated well past what a car and a floor jack ask of it.
